Embark on a transformative project with the Military College Conference Center at Kayan City in Cairo, Egypt – an iconic complex featuring 12 distinctive sub-halls, including a Press Center, Press Communication room, Presidential offices, 3D cinema, multi-purpose rooms, and a 1600-seat theater. Despite being in the procurement phase, the client faced a crucial realization – the tender documents were vendor-specific and the design didn’t align with end-user requirements. With the project’s opening ceremony looming and procurement delays threatening the schedule, DMG stepped in.
Our role encompassed a comprehensive design, vendor selection and approval, as well as value engineering. We provided expert supervision for the installation of various ICT, safety, AV, and Acoustics systems. In the face of a tight time frame and budget constraints, DMG offered professional advice to optimize both the design and implementation, ensuring the Military College Conference Center met world-class facility standards.
